Little things to note:
Waterside is a second & third floor property with private entrance from courtyard area. The House is front facing onto the river Lym.
The bottom third section of the low step central staircase is ‘open plan’ into the dining room area (8 stairs exactly), however it does have a hand rail all the way down to the bottom of the stairs.
Parking
Very few properties in the centre of Lyme Regis Old Town benefit from immediate parking and Waterside is located by the side of the river Lym. You can park at the bottom of Hill Road (virtually next to the front door) to drop off your things at Waterside before parking your car.
We tend to choose Woodmead Car Park (DT7 3PG), which is located a 3-minute walk away. Parking costs £35.00 for 3 days with the ‘JustPark App (car park number 7622).
