This property boasts a south facing galley kitchen extending onto the courtyard garden, a stylish cosy sitting room, with chaise longue & open fire.

Little things to note:
Sherborne Buildings is a 250 year old house that has been converted into 3 properties of which Lynch View Cottage is one. Previously a fisherman’s house the two story apartment is cosy the bathroom is small and contemporary, with a shower. Please note the stairs are quite steep.
Parking
Very few properties in the centre of Lyme Regis Old Town benefit from immediate parking and Lynch View Cottage is located by the side of the Lym River. You can park at the bottom of Hill Road (1 minute walk away from front door) so to drop off your things at Lynch View Cottage before parking your car in the car park.
We tend to choose Woodmead Car Park (DT7 3PG), which is located a 3-minute walk away. Parking costs £35.00 for 3 days with the ‘JustPark App (car park number 7622).
