With 12 cookbooks to his name and vast knowledge from both his kitchen pursuits and experience as a food writer for The Independent for 14 years, Mark is well-versed in providing an experience that suits you.

Chiara Tomasoni

Chiara’s journey began in Bologna, Italy, shaping tortellini alongside her grandmother, and has since taken her to the role of Head Chef at River Cottage and a finalist spot on MasterChef: The Professionals 2024. Along the way, she explored the worlds of journalism and environmental policy, weaving her academic pursuits with a deep-rooted love for tradition and food. Her work reflects a profound respect for the stories, systems, and people behind what we cook and eat.

Her down to earth dishes evoke a sense of time and place, rooted in thoughtful sourcing of ingredients, foraging, preserving the seasons and, ultimately, bringing people together through mindful, creative, and at times provocative, cooking.
