Little things to note:
Lym Leat is a 200 year old cottage which was built years ago for mill workers. The Lym river footpath runs alongside the cottage and opposite over the bridge a beautiful walk to the brewery & beach. There is no garden at this property.
The property comfortably sleeps two adults and an infant.
Parking
Very few properties in the centre of Lyme Regis Old Town benefit from immediate parking and Lym Leat Cottage is located by the side of the Lym River. You can park at the bottom of Hill Road (next to the property) to drop off your things at Lym Leat Cottage before parking in the car park.
We tend to choose Woodmead Car Park (DT7 3PG), which is located a 2-minute walk away. Parking costs £35.00 for 3 days with the ‘JustPark App (car park number 7622).
