Lyme Regis Museum is located right in the heart of the town on the site of Mary Anning’s home, with far-reaching views across the Jurassic Coast it’s the perfect place to visit during your stay.

The Museum takes you on a wonderful journey through 200 million years, allowing you to walk in Mary Anning’s footsteps whilst exploring the historical heritage of Lyme Regis.

They not only offering a historical delve inside the walls of the museum but they also offer a range of wonderful activities throughout the town and along the shores. If you’re new to fossil hunting we highly recommend joining a Guided Fossil Walk or if a shoreline safari intrigues you, join one of their Rock Pooling Walks!
